Configuring Your Email Account is Simple!!!
You only need to make a few minor changes to the Program you use to bring in
your email. Here I use Microsoft Outlook Express and Netscape as examples. I will tell
you what to click on to make the changes required.
If you use a different email program the changes
will be the same.
We are a web based service. Please remember that in order to connect to the internet
you will still require your ISP's POP, SMTP, User Name and password information.
The following instructions apply only to the _email programs_; i.e. accounts you set
up in your Netscape, Outlook Express etc.
POP will be: mail.asarian-intl.org
**SMTP will be: mail.asarian-intl.org
**Some ISP's will not accept the mail.asarian-intl.org designation for SMTP (outgoing mail)
If this occurs than use the SMTP designation from your ISP. Your email will still come
from asarian-intl.org email program account.
Your account with us does require you insert your user name and password. Please remember
to insert your user name into the account program as: yourusername@asarian-intl.org and insert
your password.
I will be using the asarian-intl.org account information for these examples.
If you have an asar-intl.com email address please insert that instead. If you need

Example: Microsoft Outlook Express
In your email program at the top of your screen click on the following in this order:
Tools
Accounts
Mail tab
Click on your POP to highlight
Click on Properties
Under General tab change only the following:
Name: youralias@asarian-intl.org
Organization: (optional)
Email Address: youralias@asarian-intl.org
Reply Address: youralias@asarian-intl.org
Under the Servers tab change only this:
Outgoing mail (SMTP) = mail.asarian-intl.org
***see note above if this does not work
Click "OK" and exit
Example: Netscape
In your email program at the top of your screen click on the
following in this order:
Options
Preferences
Under Servers tab change only the following:
Outgoing mail (SMTP) = mail.asarian-intl.org ***
Please see note above if this does not work.
Now click on the Identity tab: Change the following:
Your Name: youralias@asarian-intl.org
Your Email: youralias@asarian-intl.org
Reply to Address: youralias@asarian-intl.org
Your Organization: (optional)
Click "OK" and exit
You now have configured your email account. All mail you receive from this account
will be directed through our server to your email box. All mail that you send
out will be directed through our server address with your alias and to the recipient
of your email.
