In the even a client uses our hosting services in an illegal or defamatory way, or to harass other survivors, depending on the severity of the breach, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take any or all of the following steps: remove the clients webhosting privileges without notice, give the client one notice prior to suspending our webhosting privileges, or give the client one day notice to remove his/her web pages prior to banning him/her from the privileges and use of our server. We will also not tolerate, should it come to our attention, the posting of logs from one forum to another. What goes on in irc, stays in irc; what goes on in a newsgroup, stays in a newsgroup.
